Ed's Blog Strikes Again
Ed's blog has struck again touching off a long 60 plus comment debate on morals although the original post had to do with the movie "wedding crashers" the admirable senator john mccain's brief role in the movie.
The Vitart character, grabbing his moral highhorse sounded somethin like this:
"Republicans are much more moral than Democrats who are the spawn of Satan and liberatarians are archangels workin there way toward being Satan."
Of course, this does coincide with the news that Republicans plan to adopt a quote from a Florida State quarterback. Wyatt Sexton, who at the time was expected to start as QB at FSU this year under famed coach Bobby Bowden, stated after getting drugged up one night and bein found on the streets by police, replied when asked his name:
Now, contrary to popular belief among republicans, God hasn't anointed them moral rulers of the world. It just ain't so. Although, God probably does have a good chuckle at such claims. In fact, I heard God was quoted as saying:
"Everyone wanna be like Mike? Forget that! Everybody wanna be like me! Sorry, unlike the NBA, I just don't accept imitations. And MLB steroids ain't gonna make u me either."
