SEC B-ball Tourney Time
Hey ya'll,
Its obvious to people i know that i like sports and with the sec tourney starting, i have to throw in my 2 cents worth. Throw in my predictions, some trends i see and what not. So without further stalling, here it goes:
We (msu) got a good shot at beating georgia and florida again. howver, bama will be tough as we have dropped to them twice already, but then again, beating us three times will be difficult. Some people say Kentucky does not have the scoring power to win 3 games in 3 days but when tournament time comes around, they are tough to beat. LSU is the hottest team in the SEC. South Carolina can play tough but you never know if they will. And if Vandy gets hot from behind the arc, no one is beating them. Just ask bama about their trip to nashville back in early january. Of course, somebody in the top 5 (MSU, LSU, Bama, Kentucky, or Florida) will fall in the round of 8. Who will that be? Watch out for Vandy to get hot and upset LSU. If not, the cats and cajun tigers will slug it out to see who faces bama. My pick. Cats and bama with bama keeping the lead this time and knocking off the better cats. My heart is with the MSU bulldogs however.
Stay tuned for NCAA tourney complaints. They always screw something up every year and this year will be no different. I'll definitely be back to rant. By the way, if MSU wins the SEC tourney, please throw it in my face for not picking them.

Well, I wasn't completely right, but i thought LSU and Kentucky would be a good game. As for Florida, wow are they hot. They obliterated an injury riddled State team, beat Bama, and crushed Kentucky. Watch out for them in the NCAAs. However, Florida is choke prone. However, w/o maryland an mich. state in their way and being an underdog to UNC, they could be dangerous. Have to get by first 2 rounds though. If they do, UNC might be facing more than they bargained for in the Sweet 16.
Congrats to Florida on SEC tourney glory.
